孙洁女士于2005年加入携程，并历任多个管理层职位。她自2012年5月起任公司首席运营官，并于2015年3月起兼任公司联合总裁；在2005年到2012年间担任首席财务官。孙女士在在线旅游的运营和管理、投资购并、以及公司财务运营管理方面有极为丰富的经验且备受推崇。在她担任首席财务官期间，她被《机构投资者》(InstitutionalInvestor)和《首席财务官》(CFOWorld)分别评为最佳首席财务官(BestCFO)。在加入携程之前，孙女士自1997年起供职于美国AppliedMaterialsInc.，担任向美国联邦证券交易委员会和外部报告的部门负责人。
在此之前，她曾在加州的硅谷工作了5年，担任毕马威公司的审计经理。她是美国注册公共会计师协会的注册会计师，同时也是加利福尼亚州的注册会计师。孙洁女士毕业于北京大学法律系，后就读美国佛罗里达大学商学院，并以优秀毕业生身份获得学士学位。
